Our trip to the buffalo ranch/ Meadville baptism

Elder L. and I had a baptism in Meadville yesterday and went an hour early and stopped at this place in Edinborough. We have driven by this buffalo ranch every time we pass there and were curious to see it. So, first we stopped at the wooden Nickel Restaurant/gift shop, and we ordered buffalo/cheese burgers. They were nothing special. Just like a hamburger, just more lean. After we ate, we looked through the gift shop, then on to the petting zoo, which had a chicken coop, some goats and an alpaca. Then we walked up a road where the buffalos were kept and shot these few pictures. I was just curious to see how big they were.

The gift shop

Indian paraphanalia, crafts, etc including arrowheads, buffalo skulls and a big stuffed buffalo

We looked for a key chain for Max's collection, but nothing---

MMMM good!!
You can see their ribs--24 calves bor as of Sept 20

The menu on the table
This was part of the herd

Good sized, huh??
Yes, there is a fence between us and there was one who came towards me, but took one look and turned around. I guess I was not as interesting as they were

This was arework done in Meadvill from stop signs. Very interesting
More artwork

More, still

these are three who were baptized in Meadville. In the foreground is Harry, who is one of our institute students.

Harry was in a car accident about three weeks ago and really got banged up. He said the Lord was trying to tell him something--the damage to the car indicated he should not have walked away from it.

The grove of trees, as we approached it looked like tunnel because of the shading from the sun.
